In February 2019 I sent the following message to Hiroshi Tokumaru.

Hi Hiroshi,

can you release Cabezon under a free (= libre) or free and open source
license? BSD 2-clause, MIT, GNU GPL, ...

Cheers,
Robert

I never ever got a reply, but look at these screenshots taken on December 12th, 2019:

Screenshot from https://github.com/ockeghem/Cabezon
Figure 1: Screenshot from https://github.com/ockeghem/Cabezon

We can clearly see:

  1. "Cabezon"
  2. "Pascal compiler for MS-DOS"
  3. "MIT"
  4. "committed Feb 18, 2019" (That's only 1 day after the mail from Robert Riebisch.)

Conclusion: Cabezon 0.08 is available under MIT License since February 18th, 2019. -- Thank you, Hiroshi!
